You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. After this window, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging if possible.
Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
You must include proof of purchase (such as an order number, receipt, or invoice) with your return.
How to Return an Item

- Prepare the Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and packaging, and include the proof of purchase. Consider taking a picture of the item(s) before sending them back for your records.
- Shipping the Return: Once you've received the return instructions, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within a few business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
